DTF + laser
Branded tees for the crowd, engraved tumblers for the leadership gift.
What we run
Six production methods, one traveling crew. Mix and match them into a station lineup that fits your crowd, your budget, and your floor space.
Direct-to-film transfers are what most of our events are built around. We print full-color, photo-quality artwork onto film, then heat-press it onto a garment in about a minute. Unlike screen printing, there is no per-color setup and no minimum, so a guest can get a one-off design in the same time it takes to grab a drink. DTF holds up to washing and stretches with the fabric, which makes it the durable, unlimited-color workhorse of a live station. It presses cleanly onto Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan hoodies, canvas totes, and most cotton or poly blends.
For a more premium, tactile finish we bring compact embroidery machines to stitch monograms, initials, and logos live onto caps, beanies, and jackets. Guests love watching a Richardson 112 get their initials in real thread. Embroidery runs slower than pressing, so we plan it as a boutique station with a shorter queue and a higher perceived value — ideal for VIP rooms and gifting suites.
A hat bar is a curated wall of blanks — trucker caps, dad hats, beanies — that guests build their own way. They pick a silhouette and color, then add pressed graphics or patches while they wait. It is one of the most photogenic stations we run and it keeps a line moving because the choosing is half the fun.
Leather, PVC, and embroidered patches heat-set onto hats, totes, denim jackets, and pouches. A patch bar pairs naturally with a hat bar, or stands alone as a lower-cost way to personalize an existing garment. We keep a menu of stock shapes and can run your custom patch design for branded events.
For hard goods we bring laser engravers that etch crisp, permanent marks into tumblers, bottles, coasters, and wood keepsakes. Engraving is the right call when you want something that will not peel or fade — a corporate gift or a wedding favor that lasts.
UV DTF is a peel-and-press graphic that wraps rigid, curved surfaces — bottles, phone cases, laptops, and coolers. It is glossy, waterproof, and instant, which makes it a fast, high-volume giveaway station when a shirt would be overkill.
